The Strategic Plan outlines the direction for our programs and services in the years ahead. While the tactics may be amended and added to as we move forward, this document provides us with a blueprint for accomplishing our goals. The Board, professional staff, and membership will all need to collaborate in the execution of the plan in order to make CAA an even stronger organization, especially in anticipation of our 100th anniversary in 2011.
