Committees

Nominating Committee

The vice president for committees chairs the Nominating Committee and is not allowed to vote. Members of the Nominating Committee include three Board members (but not elected officers) in their last two years of service who are selected by the Board of Directors, and four at-large members, who are selected by the prior year’s Nominating Committee, one of whom is a member of the prior year’s Nominating Committee. The committee is charged with nominating candidates to the Board of Directors, interviewing candidates, and selecting the final slate of candidates.
