ArtCondo (www.ArtCondo.com) is a real estate initiative that helps culture workers purchase professional timeshares, raw commercial workspaces and/or live/work lofts in NYC. Artists, gallery owners, academics, foundations, residencies, creative businesses and non-profits are all eligible to participate. National and international creatives can own one month professional timeshares to create, exhibit and sell their cultural "wares" in NYC marketplace. ArtCondo gathers creative people together to form buying groups to leverage their collective buying power to purchase space collectively. Spaces will be raw industrial spaces with concrete construction and a freight elevator, and can be used as visual art studios, music and rehearsal studios, exhibition spaces, art storage, collaborations, classes or workshops and other forms of creative businesses.
