Dumbarton Oaks Research Library and Collections, a research institute in Washington, D.C., offers residential fellowships and project grants in three areas of study: Byzantine Studies (including related aspects of late Roman, early Christian, Western medieval, Slavic, and Near Eastern studies), Pre-Columbian Studies (of Mexico, Central America, and Andean South America), and Garden and Landscape Studies. Applications must be postmarked by 1 November 2007, for fellowships commencing the following academic year.
