Exhibition title : Making the Bed

Artists respond to the mattress as pedestal , metaphor and inspiration.

 

Venue : Levin Furniture Mattress Showroom, Pittsburgh , PA

 

Dates: March 13-18 during the annual NCECA conference , 2018

 

Are you participating in the 2018 NCECA   conference taking place in Pittsburgh PA ? Consider applying for this exhibition titled Making The Bed: Artists respond to the mattress as pedestal, metaphor and inspiration. 

 

The Levin Furniture Showroom is a family owned business that has been in operation for over 100 years. This showroom turned temporary exhibition space will feature ceramic and mixed media artists who’s work responds to interior spaces , furniture and concepts of home. 

 

Work can be already made or created specifically for this exhibition. 

All mediums will be considered

 

Artists responsibilities :

Artists are responsible for round trip delivery, set up and packing up of work. 

 

Venue Responsibilities: We will provide an opening reception and possible networking with other fantastic artists associated with this exhibition. 

 

Although every attempt will be made to keep work safe - we cannot provide insurance while in the space or while work is in transit. Any damage done to work is the responsibility of the artist.
