Manifest seeks submissions for its continuous BOOK PROJECT, the 13th International Drawing Annual, which includes $2,000 in cash awards and now includes a $1200 First Prize! From year to year the juried, annual award winning INDA collection of recent contemporary drawings is meant to provide a resource to the world to help investigate the question of "what is exceptional drawing?" Submissions are expected to vary, including a range of drawing types, from the most academic to the most experimental, but all with some relevance to the artists’ honest understanding of the practice of "drawing." As this is a BOOK project, works that are not otherwise available (i.e. physically) may still be submitted for consideration. All that is required of accepted artists is a print-quality hi-res digital image of accepted works. All included artists receive a complimentary copy of the finished book.
