Northern National Art Competition (NNAC)
October 1 – November 9, 2018 Opening reception September 29 at 5:00
Join artists from across the country in this esteemed national juried competition held at Nicolet College in Rhinelander, Wi.. This event, featuring works in a variety of mediums, is a cooperative venture of the Northern Arts Council and the Nicolet College Art Gallery.
The competition is open to all artists 18 years or older who are US residents. Each artist may submit one or two images of recent, original, 2D hangable artwork in any medium including drawing, painting, collage, photography, fiber, and mixed media. There is no theme.
Entry fee: $35
More than $8,500 will be awarded, including three $1,000 Awards of Excellence and several $500 Special Merit awards..
