The 2019 South-Central Renaissance Conference, to be held April 11-13, 2019 at Texas Tech University:   sites.psu.edu/scrc

At the website, you will find the Call for Papers, as well as conference information and a portal for submissions.  

Papers are invited in all aspects of European and British Renaissance history, literature, art, music, and culture.

A regional conference of international scope.  

 

The SCRC hosts the annual meetings of the Queen Elizabeth I Society, the Andrew Marvell Society, and the Society for Renaissance Art History.   Invited speakers include:

Richard Strier,  University of Chicago, English Lena Cowen Orlin, Georgetown University, English Angela Mariani Smith and Stacey Jocoy, Texas Tech University, School of Music
