Lifted: an exhibition exploring image-based appropriation in the digital age

The Ohio State University Mansfield’s Pearl Conard Art Gallery invites submissions for an exhibition that will highlight artists who subvert, disrupt, assemble, critique, comment on, or otherwise transform images appropriated from the world-wide-web. The exhibition will take place Monday, January 28 – Thursday, March 7, 2019.

 

For consideration, please send up to 20 digital images of or links to works to be considered along with dimensions, installation requirements, a statement describing the work(s), a one-paragraph bio, and your contact information to pearlconardgallery@gmail.com. The deadline to submit is Monday, December 3, 2018. There is no fee and all media will be considered.
