Austin Central Library invites artists, collectives, curators and beyond to submit proposals to be considered for exhibiting at the library’s 1200 sq ft. gallery space during the Fiscal Year 19-20 (October 2019-September 2020). 4 exhibitions will be selected by impartial juries comprised of local artists, curators, educators and community leaders through a jury-scoring process. Austin Central Library was chosen as one of the TIME Magazine’s Greatest places in the world in 2018 and has won numerous awards for its innovative architecture and green initiative establishment. Candidates will be announced in late April 2019. It is free to apply.
