West of Center: Art that Pushes Boundaries

Open to artists, 18 and over, that push the boundaries of art imagery, practices, and theory. Artists are encouraged to explore and employ new techniques, technologies, and media to create compelling two- and three-dimensional artworks. Boundaries include those set by traditional techniques, materials, concepts, art history, genre, subject matter, personal, societal etc. Significant consideration will be given to artworks that defy expectation, may provoke strong responses, or challenge social norms. Non-refundable fee of $35 for non-members and $25 for members, entitles a submission of 3 works in any media, including electronic and digital, maximum size 54”. Entries will be juried from JPEG images submitted online. The juror is Tony Roko.
