Wednesdays, September 18 through October 23 (Skip September 25), 6-9pm

Have you done projects that you want to take to the next level? Learn the fine points of good printing and organizing a project. Bring examples of previous work to discuss. We will troubleshoot on the press and learn some new techniques for adding backgrounds and textures to work so that your prints have the option of layering. Projects can involve hand-setting or polymer plates.

In this intermediate letterpress printing class, students will learn the fine points of good printing and organizing a project and will fine tune their printing process. Students should bring examples of previous work to discuss and troubleshoot on the press. This class is designed to support students who want to work on personal projects in a structured and supportive environment.

*Prerequisites: Letterpress 1, 2, 3 or equivalent*
