The 24th Annual American Visions Photography Competition and Exhibition

“Visions of Leadership”
In this election season, it might be a time for our nation to reflect on the qualities of leadership. What characteristics. Gestures, facial features, are the indicators of these qualities in your opinion? How do you envision a leader? In this the line leader in an elementary school class, a person who stands up to be hears on a tough issue? The call for portraits of leadership can also include the political, social, and economic situations and events that bring out natural leaders. Who are the leaders of your family, neighborhood, and community? Show us what makes a leader in our world today.
Awards: The $500 Valene Smith Award for Excellence in Visual Anthropology will be given to the Best in Show. Three honorable mentions will be recognized.
