The 2009 Women�s Caucus for Art 5th International Video Shorts Festival in Los Angeles, seeks challenging and visionary video short works that are original in their use of the medium. Our juror is V�ronique Sapin, internationally renowned French video artist and curator. Accepting video entries of all lengths under 15 minutes, and genres: experimental, narrative, documentary, animation, collage. WCA accepts pieces created in any year.
