The Alphonse Berber Gallery is a 4,800 sq ft contemporary art space located at 2546 Bancroft Way in Berkeley, California, across the street from the University of California campus and a block away from the Berkeley Art Museum. Opening February 2009, the Alphonse Berber Gallery will represent emerging and mid-career artists in a variety of mediums, striving with each and every show to transform and re-transform the gallery space into the ideal vehicle for the presentation of a wide range of ambitious contemporary art exhibitions.
