PLEASE SUBMIT PROPOSALS FOR
PARTICIPATION UNDER THE
FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:
Write your name and proposal type
in email subject line (i.e. Anne
Mathern Curatorial Project)
Attachments (please do not include
this information in the body of the
email):
Written description of the proposed
exhibition
10-20 images of the work to be
shown or, if the work is not yet
created, recent work of all artists
involved. Images should be in jpg
format, at 1000 pixels wide on the
longest side (the file size should not
exceed 500kb) Number or title
images to correspond with Image
Description List
Video or time-based work should
be hosted online (YouTube, Vimeo,
personal website) with web
address(es) provided in a word or
text document
Image description list including:
title, date, dimensions, and
medium, and short descriptions if
relevant
Artist statement
Resume(s) of artists involved
