New Acquisitions in Midwestern Museums
This session will provide a forum for presenting significant new acquisitions made by museums and galleries in the preceding year—whether gift or purchase, a single object or a group of related objects. Especially welcomed will be submissions which discuss the strategies and logistics of, and criteria for, expanding existing collections in new directions. Submission deadline is August 15, 2009.
