Considered among the top-rated outdoor fine art and craft shows in the country, the Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of the Arts is now accepting applications from artists to showcase their original work in celebration of 40th anniversary of the festival, which will occurs March 6th and 7th, 2010 in downtown Tampa, Fla.
Each year, a select number of accomplished artists and rising stars from around the globe are chosen from a multitude of disciplines by three jurors of regional or national prominence to participate in the prestigious showcase. Once accepted, these artists will be vying for cash prizes totaling more than $75,000, including the top accolade of $15,000 for the Raymond James Best of Show Award.
Interested artists must submit the application online at www.gasparilla-arts.com by September 30, 2009 to be considered for the one of the leading juried arts festivals nationwide that features both fine arts and crafts.
