Textile Society of America merit based scholarships are available for students and new professionals to attend their biennial symposium. “Textiles and Settlement: From Plains Space to Cyber Space” will be held in Lincoln, Nebraska from October 6 through 9, 2010, featuring many presentations, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Scholarships include the cost of the Symposium registration and the Friday evening banquet. Recipients will be responsible for covering travel costs, accommodation, as well as other meals during the symposium.
Eligibility: TSA membership, current student in a textile-related field, a recent graduate from a textile-related field, or new professional (in their first job in the textile field for less than three years).
