Am interdisciplinary conference on the study of Baroque Rome, called "The Pamphilj and the Arts: Patronage and Consumption in Baroque Rome," will be held at Boston College, Friday and Saturday, October 15-16, 2010. The conference will bring together fifteen speakers from the US and Italy to present new research on the patronage of the visual arts, music, and literature by three generations of Pamphilj. It will also include a musical performance.
