Calling all emerging artists. Opportunity to submit your art to the "Featured Emerging Artists" competitions of Visual Overture Magazine, a quarterly juried exhibition-in-print. Seven artists will be selected for feature in the Winter 2010 issue. All visual media accepted for submission.
