FIGMENT NYC is accepting proposals for its 2013 Minigolf Course. For five summers, FIGMENT has created a free, artist-designed Minigolf Course on Governors Island in New York City, which has received significant media attention, including press from the NY Times, Time Out NY and the Village Voice.

The 2013 course theme is “State of the Art.” We are seeking designs that interpret the theme with as much diversity of perspective as possible. Designs will be selected based on creativity, durability, playability, feasibility, adherence to theme, budget and community involvement.



Selected artists will receive a stipend of $250 in addition to a fabrication budget.

We recommend that you attend our info session on January 14th or our meet-and-greet on January 21st.
