China VISAP'19 Exhibition Call For Submissions

The China VISAP’19 Exhibition encourage artists, designers and researchers to submit work related to topics in information visualization, scientific visualization, visual analytics on the intersections of art and research, especially those that investigate the theme of China VISAP’19 - Symbiosis: Human Relation with Nature in the Digital Age.

The China VISAP’19 exhibition will take place in Chengdu, China from July 21 to 24, co-located with the China Visualization Conference (ChinaVis) 2019. Selected artworks and design submissions will be installed in an exhibition setting that is open to the general public as well as to ChinaVis attendees. All accepted submissions will be featured in the China VISAP’19 Exhibition Catalog, and the exhibition will be publicized widely in media.

We welcome submissions in any medium, e.g., interactive projections, multimedia sculptures, mobile devices, illustrations, video game art, digital prints, screen-based art, fixed audio-visual pieces, etc. 

·        Submission deadline: May 24, 2019

·        Notifications of acceptance: June 14, 2019

·        Exhibition dates: July 21-24, 2019
