Sulfur Studios invites artists working in all media to submit work to our Fall National Juried Art Exhibition Simulacra.

For centuries, artists have explored reality through observation and imagination - however, it seems that now a shared reality is less tangible than ever. What is reality in this day and age? Sulfur Studios invites you to share work that explores the past, present or future of the space between subjective perception and objective reality.

Important Dates:

Entries Due: August 6th, 11:59PM

Artists notified: August 9th, 2021

Work received by gallery before: August 23rd, 2021

Opening Reception: Friday, September 3rd from 5 - 9PM in conjunction with First Fridays in Starland

Artist Spotlight via IG Live: September 11th @ 2PM

Exhibition runs: Sept 2nd - Sept 19th, 2021

Work returned : Week of Sept 20th

Artists may submit up to four artworks for $25, Studio Supporters pay only $15 per four artworks. If you would like to become a Sulfur Studios Supporter - click HERE

Work must weigh less than 75 pounds and fit through a standard size doorway.  Shipping and insurance to and from the gallery will be the responsibility of the artist. Art is displayed at the artist’s risk. Sulfur Studios will handle all sales and a 40% commission will be retained by the gallery.
