CONFERENCE HOTEL
CAA strongly encourages attendees to stay at the official conference headquarters hotel, the New York Hilton Midtown. CAA has negotiated the lowest rates available for comparable accommodations in the area. CAA commits to a block of rooms at the hotel on behalf of its members and has a financial obligation to fill the block. Staying at the conference hotel helps CAA meet this commitment, avoid potential penalties, and control costs for future events.
We encourage guests to contact the hotel prior to their stay for the latest information regarding the hotel’s cleaning and safety protocols.
Reservations must be made by Tuesday, January 12, 2027 to receive the conference discount rates.

Located on Sixth Avenue between West 53rd and West 54th Streets, the hotel is near Central Park, Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Center, Radio City, Broadway, Times Square, and cultural institutions such as the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) and Carnegie Hall.

There is an incidental hold of $100 per night on credit cards at check-in.
Guests who plan to depart earlier than their confirmed reservation must notify the hotel at or before check-in. Otherwise, the hotel will charge an early checkout fee of one night’s room rate and tax.

Student Conference Rates
Reservations must be made by Tuesday, January 12, 2027, to receive the student discount. A limited inventory of student rate rooms is available and may sell out before the deadline.
