CAA 112TH ANNUAL CONFERENCE EXHIBITS CALENDAR
Friday, November 17, 2023: Priority application deadline for Book and Trade Fair exhibitor applicants. Take advantage of your history of past participation in the conference and apply by this deadline to receive the most favorable location in the exhibit hall.
Thursday, November 30, 2023 : First round of in-person booth assignments; confirmation packages mailed.
Wednesday, December 20, 2023: Final deadline for uploading your exhibitor company description, logos and contact information, to the in-person exhibitor index for listing in the in-person conference online program.
Wednesday, December 20, 2023: Final deadline for Book and Trade Fair applications and full payment; all remaining confirmation packages mailed.
Friday, January 5, 2024: Deadline to submit names of exhibitor staff for conference registration/exhibitor ID badges. You will receive an email and link to submit the names.
Monday, January 22, 2024: Deadline for exhibitor content to be uploaded to virtual exhibits through the same upload portal as the in-person exhibitor index.
Tuesday, January 23, 2024: Deadline for making hotel reservations to receive the conference discount guest room rate.

Wednesday, February 14, 2024
9 a.m.–5 p.m., Exhibitors pick up registration packages and badges. Load in and set up in Exhibit Hall.
Thursday, February 15 – Friday, February 16, 2024, Exhibits open to conference attendees.
9 a.m.–6 p.m., Thursday and Friday.
Saturday February 17, 2024 Exhibits open to conference attendees.
9 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Last day of exhibits.
Saturday February 17, 2024
2:30–5 p.m. Exhibitor dismantle and load out.
Friday, April 12, 2024 – Virtual exhibits close at 5:30 p.m. EST
