ART OF WATER II:
An exhibition celebrating our most vital resource

Water is the most crucial resource for life. James May Gallery is seeking all mediums of work to be included in an exhibition focusing on water. The work could be about serious topics such as water conservation and protection, but it could also be about the simple beauty of water. There is something about water that attracts and fascinates us. It is our hope that by celebrating the beauty and necessity of water in all our lives that we can better protect it.

ENTRY GUIDELINES:

Media:
Any medium welcome- video, sound, music, visual arts (2-D/3-D), performance, or any other proposed medium.

Eligibility:
Must be original and created within the last 3 years. Applicants must be 18+.

Image Requirements:

Please send 4 high-quality jpg images of your work (if applicable) along with an artist statement and resume to water@jamesmaygallery.com. If you would also like to include a brief statement concerning water that is separate from your statement, that would also be welcome and could be used alongside your work in the show.

Submission Process:
This exhibition is meant to be inclusive. Entrants will have at least one work in the exhibition. The gallery will notify all artists which of their pieces will be included on February 24th.

Submission Fee:
New to this year, we are requiring a $10 submission fee paid via our online gallery (https://squareup.com/store/ jamesmaygallery/item/art-of-water-submission) to cover costs of the Art of Water.
