Duolingo is soliciting qualifications from artists or artist teams, to provide artwork incorporated into/onto the façade of its facilities at 125 S. Beatty St., Pittsburgh, PA 15206. This opportunity is for an artist who can work with Duolingo staff, and the East Liberty community of Pittsburgh to create an original public artwork that inspires inclusivity, cultural diversity, and mutual understanding of all people — that will not only signify Duolingo HQ as a prominent neighbor, but also contribute to the ever-growing and evolving arts corridor of East Liberty.

All types of media are open to this opportunity that can be feasibly realized within or upon the façade of Duolingo.  A committee will choose an individual or team to contract for design and production of artwork in summer 2019. An Information session will be held at Duolingo’s Office,  125 S. Beatty St., Pittsburgh, PA 15206,  on  Wed., May 8, 6:00pm.
