Refund Policy for CAA

Online Career Center

Payments for job postings in the Online Career Center are not refundable. Employers should consider carefully their choice of posting duration. No portion of the prepayment will be refunded should an employer decide to delete a job posting before it expires. However, if the Online Career Center declines a job posting or discontinues its further publication, a prorated portion of any unused prepayment may be refundable (see Terms and Conditions).

Membership

CAA memberships for individuals and institutions are not refundable.

Publication Orders

Orders for CAA publications are not refundable.

Annual Conference–related Registrations

Registration for the Annual Conference, special events, and professional-development workshops are not refundable.
