Calling All Aspiring Curators!

 

Wave Pool’s Curatorial Residency Program is an opportunity for aspiring curators to execute their vision for a month-long exhibition in Wave Pool’s street-level gallery space. Now in its 4th year, Wave Pool has supported seven Curators-in-Residence to date. You may view previous projects here.

The successful candidates for our two annual Curatorial Residencies will ultimately seek to serve Wave Pool’s vision: artists and communities remaking the world together.

Curatorial Residents are chosen by a jury of artists, arts professionals, and community members who are committed to Wave Pool’s neighborhood-focused mission through an open­ call process.

Selected Curatorial Residents will receive a modest exhibition budget, mentorship, administrative support, marketing, exhibition space, and a $2,000 stipend to realize bold visions for the gallery.
