Call for Art: Tiny Treasures (Tentatively Titled) Juried Show

 

We are delighted to announce the Call for Art for our upcoming juried show, Tiny Treasures (Tentatively Titled), at Artpie Space in Waukegan, Chicago. We invite artists to submit their artworks for consideration, and the theme of the exhibition will emerge from the diverse and captivating submissions we receive.

 

Submission Guidelines:

- Medium: Open to all drawing and painting mediums.

- Size Limitation: Artworks must not exceed 12 x 12 inches.

- Eligibility: Open to artists of all backgrounds and experience levels.

- Deadline for Submissions: August 15th

- Juror Process: August 15th to August 20th

- Notification of Results: August 21st to August 23rd

- Exhibition Dates: September 24th

- The artist is responsible for all shipping costs.

Please send up to 3 images of your artworks, including title, year made, size in inches, medium, and availability for sale, along with your CV, to submissionartpie@gmail.com.

 

What if Someone Wants to Buy My Painting?

Art Pie will handle the sale, taking a 20% commission, while the artist retains 80%. Please consider this when setting the price for your artwork.

 

This is a remarkable opportunity to showcase your artistic talents in a dynamic and diverse exhibition. The selected artworks will be featured in our gallery space, located at 608 North Avenue, Waukegan, Illinois 60085.

 

We are honored to have four esteemed art professionals serving as our jurors: Chicago local artists Xuanlin Ye, Tri Ngo, Shanna Zentner, and Frank Vega. With their expertise, they will carefully curate the most exceptional artworks for this exhibition.
