The Department of Art, Art History & Design at the University of Alabama Huntsville  (UAH) invites artists from the Southeast (preferably within 300 miles of Huntsville) to  submit exhibition proposals for art in any media for our 2024-2025 gallery season. While  it is not required, artists are encouraged to come to campus to give a gallery talk and/or  make studio visits during their exhibition. We offer a modest stipend, but the artist is responsible for shipping/driving costs to and from the gallery.  

 

Please send ten (10) images saved as high quality JPEGs, an artist statement, image list  (title, media, and dimensions), and a resume/CV to submissions.art@uah.edu. Proposals  sent in PDF, PowerPoint or any other format other than the JPEGs will not be reviewed.
