The American Friends of the Musée d’Orsay (AFMO) is seeking an intern for our key Paris office located at the Musée d’Orsay, Paris France. Our Intern is immersed in the life of the museum, our efforts to promote its exhibitions and to raise funds in support of its work. The internship provides important experience in working in a museum, for a non-profit organization, and global communications. The position is our key interface with our patrons, maintains our membership database and is the key interface with top museum officials. The ideal candidates should have an interest in cultivating and serving donors who support the work of culture and the arts and the maturity to work in a highly stressful, face paced museum environment.
