Museum Collections Intern, Nasher Sculpture Center, Dallas, Texas

The Nasher Sculpture Center has an internship opening in the Registration and Rights & Reproduction department. This internship is an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in learning more about museum collections care and management.

Qualifications:
Graduate students in Museum Studies, Art History, or an equivalent field are preferred. Undergraduates at the senior level are encouraged to apply as well. Familiarity with TMS and solid research, computer, and analytical skills are preferred. Knowledge of standard museum policies and procedures put forth by the American Alliance of Museums are advantageous. The ideal candidate will be able to work twenty hours per week (between Monday and Friday) for a period of at least six months.
