Membership Mailing Lists

CAA makes lists of its members available to companies, nonprofit organizations, and individuals whose marketing strategy calls for direct mail. Lists are sold on a one-use-per-rental basis and are available on pressure-sensitive labels. CAA does not accept purchase orders for mailing lists. Prepayment is required.

Download the Membership Mailing List Order Form for full details on prices and terms.

Individual CAA Members

The list of more than 12,000 names can be tailored specifically to your products and needs, making for a highly efficient and cost-effective mailing. Select only your target group, which may include art and architectural historians, artists, curators, and conservators; or academic, museum, or nonacademically affiliated individuals. Further focus on your audience by specialty: artists who work in painting, sculpture, ceramics, and drawing, among others; scholars who specialize in nineteenth-century European art, art of the Americas, Baroque, and medieval, to name a few. You may also choose members by state or zip code, US residents only, or specify the entire list.

Institutional CAA Members

If you market or sell your products and services to libraries, schools, and art museums, opt for CAA’s list of more than 2,000 institutional members.

Contact

To purchase a CAA membership list, please contact Denise Williams, CAA member services coordinator, at 212-392-4412.
