Refund Policy

A. Online Career Center

Payments for job postings in the CAA Online Career Center are non-refundable. Employers should consider carefully their choice of posting duration. No portion of the prepayment will be refunded should an employer decide to delete a job posting before it expires. However, if the CAA Online Career Center declines a job posting or discontinues its further publication (see Terms and Conditions), a prorated portion of any unused prepayment may be refundable.

B. Membership

Membership is not refundable.

C. Publication Orders

Publications are not refundable.

D. Print Orders

Prints are not refundable.

E. Annual Conference related registrations

Annual Conference, Special Event and Professional Development Workshop registrations are not refundable.
