CAA 2021 Annual Conference Hotel Information
Although there are no major in-person conference events this year, we know some of you may have reasons to travel to NYC. As a part of our longstanding relationship with the Sheraton, we're pleased to offer you discounted hotel rates in conjunction with the conference.
We have arranged discount prices for hotel rooms at Sheraton New York Times Square hotels.
The CAA conference discount rate is $209 for a single or double room at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel. For student discount, the rate is $154. All prices are before fees and taxes. $1.50 NY Unit Fee Per Night. $2.00 Occupancy Tax Per Night. 14.75% Room Tax Per Night.
We suggest you contact the hotel prior to your stay to obtain the latest information on the hotel's procedures and policies for guests. The hotel has cleaning and safety protocols to ensure the safety of your stay.
