PRIORITY DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS IS FRIDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2020.
FINAL DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS WITH FULL PAYMENT IS FRIDAY, JANUARY 15, 2021.
Virtual Exhibit location assignment is based on a priority point system until Friday, December 11, 2020. Reservations received after this date will be assigned location in the listing of exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitors receive three points per booth plus one point for each additional booth booked for each year represented in the Book and Trade Fair from1996 to 2020. For ads booked in the Conference Program, conference website, Art Journal, and The Art Bulletin, beginning in September 1996, exhibitors earn one point per full-page ad, a half point per half-page ad, and a quarter point per quarter-page ad. Following the priority points system, exhibitors will be assigned a position in sequence on the virtual conference platform Book and Trade Fair page according to their ranking in the system. The Book and Trade Fair page will also include an Exhibitor Index listing in alphabetical order.
Exhibitor benefits:
- A full engagement virtual exhibit with over six features enabling promotion of your assets in multiple formats.
- Six weeks of exhibit time between January 27, and March 12, 2021.
- Listing in the Advance Exhibitor Index sent to all conference attendees offering advance outreach to attendees two weeks prior to the opening of the conference giving you the opportunity to offer incentives, discounts, previews, access to product and publication samples and ability to schedule appointments prior to the main content going live.
- Two registrations to all conference sessions, exposing you to the latest trends in art, scholarship, and education.
- Listing and link on the CAA conference website and in the free conference mobile app.
- A marketing opportunity rated “good to excellent” by 97 percent of past exhibitors
Standard Exhibit-- $1,000
Standard Virtual Exhibits include the following features:
- An introductory text description of your organization in up to 400 words.
- Logo placement.
- Hyperlink URLs to direct visitors to your main website or other online locations with your content.
- Ability to post PDF files with detailed information on your publications, products, programs and services.
- Live text chat feature that will notify you when a visitor types in inquiries, which will also capture the visitor’s email address to allow you to follow up the lead.
- Video embed where you are able to post any recorded video and audio content you utilize in your marketing.
- Live video embed for an assortment of currently available platforms such as Zoom, Skype or MS Teams, allowing you to link out to have direct live conversations, meetings, meet the author events, product demonstrations or receptions.
Standard Exhibit Priority Placement-- $1,200
Priority Placement offers the exhibitor prime location on the Book and Trade Fair page. Priority Placement will follow Sponsors at the top of the page and precede Standard Exhibits and Enterprise Exhibits that are placed in sequence according to the priority points system explained here above. There are limited Priority Placements available so please contact pskiff@collegeart.org to inquire about availability.
Enterprise Exhibit-- $500
Enterprise Exhibit for Individual Authors--$150
Enterprise Exhibit for Student Organizations--$200
The following types of exhibitors qualify for Virtual Enterprise Exhibits:
- A registered nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) status.
- A publisher, distributor, wholesaler, retailer, or author with one to three titles to display.
- A publisher of a periodical with circulation under 10,000 per issue.
- An individual or educational or business organization with one to three products, programs, or services to promote.
- Individual authors with from one to three books to promote.
- Student Organizations officially recognized by a host institution, or are a registered nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) status, and with membership that is 100% currently enrolled students.
Enterprise Virtual Exhibit Booths include the following features:
- An introductory text description of your organization in up to 400 words.
