Thank you for considering CAA’s 109th Annual Conference to promote your business or organization! CAA organizes the largest conference in the world for professionals in the visual arts.

For 2021, the conference will be virtual. The virtual conference will increase access to the entire membership of CAA and beyond while at the same time significantly reducing your costs for participating. With the virtual conference every conference attendee—each a potential buyer—will consequently have ample opportunity to visit your exhibit booth from the comfort of their own office or home, regardless of their location or time zone.

In the virtual version of our Annual Conference, you’ll see the same scale and scope of conference content as our live in-person event, with over 360 sessions available to attendees as pre-recorded video on-demand for more than four weeks, from February 9 to March 15, 2021. On February 10-13, we will convene a full schedule of live Q & A sessions on-line. The conference Book and Trade Fair will open on January 27 (12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time), two weeks earlier, and run through March 12 (5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time), providing six weeks for marketing and promotion to CAA membership. The extended time frame for the conference broadens exhibitor opportunities for connecting with CAA’s highly engaged and motivated membership.  

Your costs for exhibiting at the virtual conference will be greatly reduced with no expense for travel, accommodation, shipping costs, drayage, booth furnishings, electrical or on-site internet services.

The virtual conference platform exhibit hall is a full engagement environment offering virtual exhibit booths that include the following features:

  • An introductory text description of your organization of up to 400 words.
  • Logo placement.
  • Hyperlink URLs to direct visitors to your main website or other online locations with your content.
  • Ability to post PDF files with detailed information on your publications, products, programs and services.
  • Live chat feature that will notify you when a visitor types in inquiries, which will also capture the visitor’s email address to allow you to follow up the lead.
  • Ability to embed pre-recorded video and audio content you utilize in your marketing.
  • Capability for embedded live video for an assortment of currently available platforms such as Zoom, Skype or MS Teams, allowing you to link out to have direct live conversations, meetings, “meet-the-author" events, product demonstrations, or receptions.

Uploading your content to the virtual exhibit booth is made easy through the Exhibitor Upload Portal, a user-friendly website allowing you to populate your virtual exhibit with all of your promotional assets in an easy step-by-step process.

The Exhibit page of the virtual conference online platform will be prominently featured with multiple prompts to encourage attendees to visit.

An advance index listing of exhibitors will be sent to conference attendees two weeks in advance of the conference dates of February 10-13, giving you the opportunity to offer incentives, discounts, pre-views, access to product and publication samples and ability to schedule appointments prior to the main content going live.
